Welcome to The Greenroom platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Account & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during signup.

• Users may only create accounts for themselves and their family members or organization.

• Users must not impersonate others or misrepresent their role (e.g., Parent, Host, Teacher).

2. User Roles

• Parents may register their children for events, view registration history, and process payments.

• Feis Hosts may create events, set offerings and prices, and view/edit dancer registrations.

• Teachers may view students associated with their school where applicable.

• Platform administrators reserve the right to modify roles, permissions, or remove access if misuse is detected.

3. Payments & Fees

• A 3% service fee is applied to all registrations and is retained by The Greenroom.

• Hosts receive payments net of this fee and are responsible for event-related refunds or issues.

• All payments are processed securely using integrated payment gateways. We do not store payment details.

4. Registrations & Changes

• Event registrations are considered final once submitted and paid.

• Parents are responsible for ensuring accuracy when registering dancers, including level and dance selection.

• Hosts may impose deadlines for edits or cancellations. After this deadline, changes are at the host’s discretion.

5. Data Privacy

• We store personal and registration information solely for the purpose of managing event logistics.

• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

• Users may request to delete or update their personal data by contacting support.

6. Platform Availability

• We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee uptime.

• Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may result in temporary outages.

7. Misuse & Termination

• Any fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or removal of your account.

• We reserve the right to reject or revoke access for any reason deemed necessary to protect users and the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.
